One AZ Tech, LLC ("One AZ Tech," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website and client portal at 1aztech.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Account registration: name, email address, and a hashed password when you create an account.
• Scheduling links: availability windows, meeting duration, buffer settings, and a custom slug you configure.
• Calendar feeds: iCalendar (ICS) URLs you add to your account so we can display your schedule.
• Booking requests: the name, email address, preferred time, and optional topic submitted by visitors who book time with you.
• Support tickets and invoices: descriptions, attachments, and billing details you enter through the portal.
• Contact form: name, email, and message when you submit the contact form on our website.

Information Collected Automatically

• Session data: a secure, server-side session token stored in a browser cookie to keep you logged in.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps collected by our hosting provider's standard access logs.

Information From Third-Party Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier from that provider. We do not receive your password from these services. We use only what is necessary to create or match your account.

Zoom Integration

If you connect your Zoom account, we store an OAuth access token and refresh token so we can create Zoom meetings on your behalf when a booking is confirmed. These tokens are stored securely and used only to create meetings tied to your scheduling links. You can disconnect Zoom at any time from your scheduling settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver the service: display your calendar, generate available booking slots, create Zoom meetings, and manage your tickets and invoices.
• Send transactional emails: booking confirmations (with calendar invite attachments), password resets, invoice emails, and ticket updates.
• Security and fraud prevention: protect accounts, verify identity, and detect abuse.
• Legal compliance: meet our obligations under applicable law and respond to lawful requests from government authorities.
• Service improvement: analyze usage patterns in aggregate (not tied to individual users) to improve features and performance.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Infrastructure providers: A2 Hosting provides server hosting and email relay. They process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.
• Zoom: when you have connected your Zoom account, meeting details (topic, start time, duration) are sent to Zoom's API to create meetings. Zoom's privacy policy governs their use of that data.
• Google / Microsoft / Apple: only the OAuth handshake — we receive profile data from them; we do not send your portal data back to them.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of One AZ Tech or others.
• Business transfers: if One AZ Tech is acquired or merges with another company, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before that happens.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes. Booking requests and invoice records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie (session) strictly necessary to keep you authenticated. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access-controlled servers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information by updating your account settings or contacting us.
• Delete your account and associated data by emailing us at support@1aztech.com.
• Disconnect any third-party integration (Google, Microsoft, Zoom) from your account settings at any time.
• Opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• Portability: request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.

Arizona residents and residents of other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@1aztech.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@1aztech.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
