One AZ Tech, LLC ("One AZ Tech," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website and client portal at 1aztech.com. If you choose to sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier from that provider. We do not receive your password from these services. We use only what is necessary to create or match your account.

Zoom Integration

If you connect your Zoom account, we store an OAuth access token and refresh token so we can create Zoom meetings on your behalf when a booking is confirmed. These tokens are stored securely and used only to create meetings tied to your scheduling links. You can disconnect Zoom at any time from your scheduling settings.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes. Booking requests and invoice records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

We use a single first-party session cookie (session) strictly necessary to keep you authenticated. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in.

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access-controlled servers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
