Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, client portal, and scheduling services operated by One AZ Tech, LLC ("One AZ Tech," "we," "us," or "our") at 1aztech.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services
One AZ Tech provides technology and IT services to businesses and individuals through an online client portal. Services available through the portal include support ticket management, invoicing, calendar scheduling, appointment booking, and Zoom meeting integration. The specific services available to you depend on your agreement with One AZ Tech.
2. Accounts
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
- Notify us immediately at support@1aztech.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for more than 12 months.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the services to harass, harm, or defraud any person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the portal, server, or database.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the portal without written permission.
- Use automated tools to submit support tickets, bookings, or other requests in bulk.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including One AZ Tech staff.
- Use the services for any purpose that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
Our scheduling feature allows One AZ Tech staff to share booking links so clients can request appointments. By submitting a booking request you acknowledge:
- Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. It is a request subject to availability.
- Your name, email address, and requested topic will be shared with the One AZ Tech team member whose scheduling link you used.
- If a Zoom meeting is created for your appointment, you will receive a Zoom join link by email. You are responsible for joining on time.
- One AZ Tech may cancel or reschedule appointments at its discretion with reasonable notice.
5. Zoom Integration
One AZ Tech's scheduling feature integrates with Zoom to automatically create meetings. By connecting your Zoom account you:
- Authorize One AZ Tech to create Zoom meetings on your behalf using the
meeting:writepermission. - Acknowledge that Zoom's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your use of Zoom.
- Understand that you can disconnect your Zoom account at any time from the scheduling settings page, which immediately revokes our access.
6. Invoices and Payments
Invoices issued through the portal are for legitimate services rendered by One AZ Tech. Payment terms, amounts, and due dates are as stated on each invoice. Questions about an invoice should be directed to support@1aztech.com. One AZ Tech reserves the right to suspend portal access for accounts with overdue invoices.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials on 1aztech.com — including the One AZ Tech name, logo, and portal software — are the property of One AZ Tech, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our services without our express written consent.
Content you submit through the portal (such as support ticket descriptions) remains yours. You grant One AZ Tech a limited license to use that content to deliver the services you requested.
8. Third-Party Services
Our portal integrates with third-party services including Zoom, Google, Microsoft, and Apple (for sign-in). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.
9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, One AZ Tech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One AZ Tech and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount you paid to One AZ Tech in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@1aztech.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
